WSB Western Province Women set for big clash against Hollywoodbets Dolphins Women in Durban

NEWLANDS – The World Sports Betting Western Province Women’s team is gearing up for a highly anticipated match against the Hollywoodbets Dolphins Women this weekend, as the Girls in Blue aim to continue their impressive run in this year’s Hollywoodbets Pro Series.

The Girls In Blue have had a remarkable season, securing qualification for the Hollywoodbets Pro50 semi-final this weekend and already booking their spot in the Pro20 final next week.

Claire Terblanche’s side has been strengthened by the return of Proteas Women stars Faye Tunnicliffe, Nadine de Klerk, and Lara Goodall.

Assistant Coach Vuyani Parafin reflected on the build-up to the clash: “Preparations have been smooth and the ladies have worked really hard on their games. There’s been great energy in camp, especially with our national players back, who added a bit of excitement to the sessions. It’s been fantastic to see the team come together and focus on doing the right things on and off the field,” he said.

Parafin is fully aware of the challenge ahead, particularly with the Dolphins being a strong side on their home turf. “The Dolphins are a formidable side, especially at home. We are focused on our processes and doing our basics as best as possible for longer. We have worked hard enough in our preparation to give us the best chance of success.”

Matches on both days will start at 09h30 and 12h00 and will be livestreamed on the Cricket South Africa YouTube page.
