Hendricks released for WP ahead of Knights clash

Proteas bowler Beuran Hendricks has been released from the Proteas squad and has travelled with the Six Gun Grill WP squad for the clash against the ITEC Knights starting at The Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein tomorrow.

Tony de Zorzi will captain the side and he welcomes back bowler Tshepo Moreki from injury. Bowler Jody Lawrence, from Durbanville Cricket Club, has also been included in the squad. Nandre Burger is the only contracted player unavailable due to injury.

WP Academy coach Roger Telemachus will be assisting coach Salieg Nackerdien in the absence of Faiek Davids, after the passing of Davids’ brother this past week.
