That confidence meant a lot, and I’m preparing myself to step up again. For me, it’s about staying ready, backing my skills and taking it one game at a time,” said Simmonds.

“We’re feeling confident and well prepared going into tomorrow’s game at home. The work we’ve put thus far has been of high quality, and playing in front of our supporters always gives us that extra edge and motivation to perform.”

He added that if the team sticks to their plans, maintains discipline and builds solid partnerships, he is confident they can take control of the game and deliver a dominant performance against the Warriors.
